Patient Testimonials

Many of our patients are very happy to share their great experience at MMMC. Some of them write emails to let us know they are going to write a letter of recommendation.

"I'm mentioning this testimonial for Dr. Tepper. He is down to earth demeanor during office visits makes you feel like your talking to your favorite uncle. He performed a multi lumber fusion on my back with such success, I know call him ST. Gil."

"… It’s amazing what Dr. Tepper can do. This patient would come to MMMC for his visits before surgery in a wheel chair. After surgery he was walking with the help of a cane. I was very impressed. I’m so glad to hear that he’s doing great, and that he found our medical staff very helpful…"

"Dear Dr. Gil Tepper,

I am going to write a letter to you over the next couple of days regarding the excellent care that I have recieved at MMMC.

I am really proud of you! I knew when I first met you that you have a heart to help to heal people. God gave you a blessing and a gift. It is really rewarding as a patient to see how far you have come and with talking to other patients (while waiting in the lobby to see you! wink!) how much you love your work and you truly want to take care of your patients. We are all blessed. God bless you, Gil and I will see you later."

From The Heart:

Thank you! To the Doctors and staff of The Miracle Mile Medical Center/The Spine Institute located at 6000 San Vicente blvd. Los Angeles, California.

On 24 June 2007 I asked my primary Doctor of 15 yrs. to help me and to stop the pain I have lived with since October of 1986. Dr. Arthur E. Lipper made a referral for me the next morning to your location on San Vicente blvd. and Miracle Mile medical center. I was examined and scheduled for ex-rays, the same morning and then received additional appt.'s, and Additional test and M.R.I's to help the Doctors to determine the extent of my impairment's and systematically organized a treatment plan as all information became available. All interaction with persons at the Spinal Institute was always professional and

made making future decision much easier. The Doctors were all that I hoped for and more. The language was straight forward and clear and promises were not made and my test continued until the day I learned my next appt. was to meet with the Doctors. I met with Dr. Gil Tepper,

Dr. Tepper is one of the doctors I met the first day, He explained his findings from all the he had and others had ordered. He drew on my M.R.I.'s and pointed out where he and other doctors saw my problems and told me that he thought he could help. That was very good news, I have a chance to do away with pain and inactivity that  my life had become. I asked questions and I received answers to all of questions and without hesitation accepted all the Miracle Mile Medical centers and their doctors had to offer me. I was scheduled for surgery and arrived early morning, test were performed on how I my blood would coagulate as I was taking aspirin's for pain as a part of my pain control treatment. Every effort was made to determine my ability to have the surgery was safe for me and the surgery was performed that same morning and when in recovery my Primary Doctor told me " squeeze my hand ", and I woke up holding his hand and into the familiar eyes and a voice I did recognize. I later was moved into recovery and nurse’s aids began my recovery. I wanted for nothing.

The staff of professional assisted my needs and after 4 days transferred me to Beverly Hills Rehabilitation center where again my every medical need was attended to in a professional, straight forward manner. I received physical and occupational therapy by enthusiastic and supportive individuals, who to numerous for memory to recall all their names. Miracle followed me and oversaw my needs with regards to medications I was taking before or prior to my surgery and made sure a continuation of those medications made a smooth transition to B.H. Rehab. Four days past and I asked my Doctor from M.M.M. Center to be discharged and that I felt I could go to my home, His name is Dr. Gorbaty and I remember is visiting me after my surgery. He was the Dr. who with a quite statement “you take a lot of medications” and that is very true. The next morning I was scheduled to return to M.M.M.Center, and for a through assessment of my progress and eventually I came home.

I am without old pain and my surgery is healing as well I have no numbness in my left leg or foot. The feelings I have regarding the success of the outcome of surgery is only surpassed my gratitude I feel for these Doctors and the staff of Miracle Mile Medical center. Thank you! Please post my email for everyone who has lost hope of ever having a life that pain is ever present liability to clear thinking and a debilitating aspect to happiness and well being. The surgeons, Dr's. Tepper, and Dr. Robanni and Dr. Bragga and Dr. Sabbaghi who is the director of rehabilitation services pain management, thank you all.

Bravo to you all, THANK YOU!!!!
