Dear Dr. Gil Tepper,

I am going to write a letter to you over the next couple of days regarding the excellent care that I have recieved at MMMC.

I am really proud of you! I knew when I first met you that you have a heart to help to heal people. God gave you a blessing and a gift. It is really rewarding as a patient to see how far you have come and with talking to other patients (while waiting in the lobby to see you! wink!) how much you love your work and you truly want to take care of your patients. Lumbar Surgery - A Patient's Letter

Dear Dr. Tepper:

On March 17, 2005, I had a lumbar surgery at Miracle Mile Medical Center. My post-op recover at Miracle Mile can be summed up in two words - "excellent care". I was slightly uneasy going in for surgery on my spine for the third time, but I felt confident that I had the best surgeons / operating team and that the surgery would be successful.

I was slightly overwhelmed when I was wheeled into the operating room, but I immediately saw a few familiar faces. They reassured me that I was in good hands, and I had utmost faith in my surgeon, Dr. John Ergener. With his medical mind and skilled hands, I felt very much at ease. Dr. D'Onofrio, my anestesiology, took excellent care of me prior to and during surgery.

The nursing staff was very attentive during my post-op recovery at Miracle Mile. In fact everyone that came into my room during my stay was professional, caring, and more than willing to please. The follwing nurses and staff come to my mind, and should be recognized for their quality of excellent care: Delores Parker, Mary-Ann Evangelista, Marlowe Kastumanta, Sepo M. Tolimeh, Stephanie Seraphin, Mary Stamps, Emma, and Sisulle. I am sure that I have forgotten someone, but I have nothing but accolades for such a dedicated and accommodating staff.

Dr Michael Merriman, Dr. Ergener's assistant, was very comforting, caring, and professional, also.

Surgery can be traumatic experience for the body and for anyone's emotional state. At Miracle Mile Medical Center the surgery and recovery care are so exceptional that you leave with the confidence that you are well on your way to full and complete recovery.

I would not hesitate to return to this facility, if i needed surgery in the future.

A Letter from Miracle Mile Medical Center Patient

I would like to commend the selection, training and management of the Nursing Staff who attended to me during my stay at Miracle Mile Medical Center. Their care for me was excellent.

During my two day visit for spinal surgery, I was attended to by no less than 10 different Nurses, each of whom was amongst the most professional and attentive Nurses I have had the pleasure of meeting. I clearly received first-class treatment.

Continuing to provide this high caliber of caring service will ensure the success and growth of Miracle Mile Medical Center as well as the admiration and appreciation of many future patients.
