Mr. Lahidjani is the Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Mile Medical Center. In that capacity, Mr. Lahidjani is involved with the daily operations of MMMC as well as long term strategic alignment of the hospital’s services with industry trends and community needs. He is involved with every aspect of physician recruitment to solidify optimum utilization of the organizations’ resources as well as development of pathologies that would create synergies with our current practices.
Prior to joining Miracle Mile Medical Center, Mr. Lahidjani was the Senior Vice President & System Chief Financial Officer for a chain of for-profit community hospitals in the urban areas of Los Angeles. As the system CFO, he was responsible for all facilities’ and corporate financial reporting, treasury/cash management, budgeting and analyses, accounting, government reimbursement, audits, and taxation. He was also a key executive in financial operations, process re-engineering, operational performance management and application of technology systems. Mr. Lahidjani was an integral participant in the fiscal turn-around of this chain which was later successfully acquired by a publicly traded company.
Prior to joining this chain, Mr. Lahidjani served as the Managing Director of Hospital Reimbursement Associates (“HRA”), Government Program Specialists, and held directorship positions at Jacobson & Associates and Certus Corporation, all healthcare financial consulting firms.
Mr. Lahidjani began his career in the healthcare industry as an auditor and was promoted to a Senior Auditor within the appeals unit of Blue Cross of California, one of the nation's largest Medicare fiscal intermediaries in a short period of time.
Mr. Lahidjani is a graduate of California State University Northridge and has received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Emphasis if Accounting Theory & Practice.
